Don't underestimate the free rides - I did one after just doing the Build me up Plan and got toasted by the climbing... Busy with the Dirt Destroyer Plan now which has been beyond average IMO. Think I'm gonna spend some bucks on a Training Peaks Plan

Hi guys, I noticed that no one has posted anything about the Zwift L'Etape du Tour and was wondering what you guys thought of it... Stage 1: 30.32 km/682 m Stage 2: 47.61 km/309 m Stage 3: 21.85 km/1535 m I thought that stage 2 last week was rough considering that it was a full out sprint for 47k's and the last stage was just brutal! The new France World is a nice addition. Considering the ZAR's we pay, I wish Zwift would add more worlds, more often. How did you guys find it?

I found that Zwift runs much better when the PC is cabled in and not using Wi-Fi... not sure if you're using a network cable but if not, something worth trying

I'm running Zwift on a NUC7i3. I purchased it for R3000 on Carbonite. Was brand new and came with Win10 Pro, 500GB HDD and 8GB of RAM - it's epic and also doubles up as a media center PC as it's got loads of ports These things are really pricey on Takealot and Evetech etc but there are good deals to find on sites like Carbonite. Originally ran Zwift etc perfectly with 8GB of RAM and a 500GB HDD. Over time, I've upgraded it to 16GB of RAM with a 512GB M.2 NVMe drive and an additional 1TB SSD - just cos we need to upgrade our PC's like our bikes! Here's a snap of Gertrude:

Can you share more info with us (if possible) about the plant..? 7KM radius seems massive- is there a reason for it being so large?

I think that the siren is from the main/large facility further up Modderfontein Road- used to work not far from there so the Friday siren was a normal thing for us

I stand to be corrected but if it's got a thru axle, you don't need any end cap - the thru axle should screw into the other end of the frame. Edit: here's a pic of mine
