Most MTB are also roadies at some stage in their life. This morning as I passed a ghost and asked about lights I was told to F*&^%$ off. So when I past the guy with no lights and no helmet I just kept quiet.

While cycling this morning I noticed a lot of Ghost on our roads.This Grey object that passes in the opposite direction. OH ,I know ,it's a cyclist that wants to become a ghost.Come on guys use your lights. :angry: :angry:

I used mine for 70.3 and other tri events. It may not give details on the swim but the tri function gives one a great analysis of swim T1 cycle T2 run end. Great tool for training. The heart rate monitor does not function properly on the swim

Buy the bike /quick release kit when you buy the Garmin 310xt. I never train without it. :clap: :clap:

I did my first one 2 years ago. There are a lot of training rides in PE.Contact Spud or Dirty Twin and they will keep you posted. Do not rely on TB for you IM ,it is going to be a very long training season if you do. DC is a better IM base but TB is an experience of a life time.

I agree, a fantastic event it was some what spoiled by the terrible photos and ugly pricing.

I had 2 405's replaced because of the freezing bezel problem.In the end I dumped it for the 310 xt. Now that is a great product.I never leave home on a training ride/run without it. Save your money and stick to the 305 if you are not going to up grade to the 310xt. That's my opinion.

Saw it on TV the other night. It looks like a fantastic event. Man that swim looks fantastic.They say it is fill within 26 minutes of entries opening. The Triangle route would appear to be the best/only option.
