    I'm sure you've read the tepid misery follow vehicles cause in the cradle in joburg, which has plenty space, wide yellow lines, and few cars. I can only imagine the chaos a follow vehicle would cause on those narrow twisty roads below CT. (if I'm picturing the right ones...)

    Ja no I got that, I just think it's a k@k idea. I like that's the bike change decision usually has more risk /reward to it. (as in you'd usually lose more time taking the bike change, so there would need to be more sums done, more team input, etc)

    It's actually not a bad point. I k@kked like a beast when I stopped eating meat. It made me wonder where and why all this stuff was hanging around inside. One of the biggest differences I felt was very much a lightness. No jokes. I suppose that applies just as literally here... ????????‍♂️

    Set my trainer difficulty to max today. The hills now feel like work, and more noticeably the downhills feels like downhills. Did a short KOM that I'd done recently and was 2 secs faster, so despite all the resistance trickery it really does equate to pretty much exactly the the same 'game' output.

    Today kind of summed up why I like cycling so much. It's basically a race of who can suffer the most. That group of guys all have pretty much the same fitness, same bikes, same whatever, but it's really a test of who wants to suffer the longest. I love it.
