In am abstract way this kind of reminds me of when I was a kid and I heard that my good friend's grandfather had the IRA gun salute at his funeral and nobody even knew he was a provo.

My male dog wees if I inadvertantly leave him in a room and he can't immediately get to me I. E there must be an open door and it's almost like a separation anxiety or a negative attention seeking so perhaps this was not so much territorial but because you were leaving for work?

Thank you is this the drop off that has a chicken run that is referred to on the Web page or another one? Web page refers to one steep drop off but it says it has a chicken run.

Eek. Doing my first ever mountain bike race as I have entered the 25km one. I am nervous but excited if that makes sense. I realise for most it's a 'little race' but have to start somewhere. I am pretty polite and know to let faster people past me and pull over to the left. Any other tips so that I don't unintentionally do something wrong?

Seems somehow fitting that the funeral is on St Patrick's day.

Such sad news and condolences to all his family and loved ones. Only recently did I realise how many mutual friends we have and that we have had a drink (well it ws a coke) together before. His presence both online and in real life was massive and most certainly one of a kind. He will be very much missed.

Usual insomnia last night so read the hub. Was intrigued by the reference to zipper zoompie education as had never heard the expression. Decided to Google it, didn't realise that Google had automatically changed it to zipper zombie when I looked in the results.....

Also willing to help if its needed. I am A+ and a reasonably regular donor anyway and am clean. I can go directly to Glynnwood if need be.

Thank you for the update, I think perhaps then it might be wiser if I wait for the go fund me than drop off dog food right now which may not be needed and might be the wrong type. Guess we just all have the urge to do something right now but may be misguided and can rather help later.

I'm going to Grapes tomorrow after work to drop off some dog food as that's all I can think of at the moment to help. Can't imagine how difficult it must be for all the family. Edit: sorry Gen didn't read your post before I posted. We thought the same thing.

Mutual friends have not had any update from Kevin yet. Sure he must be so crazy busy and will do so when he can. Maybe somebody else has news though?

The Jack Daniels home made glaze sounds great. I have goggled and there are quite a few variations e.g. varies from 1 table spoon of JD to 1/2 cup and one has onion powder and one has minced up onions. Anybody have one that they have used successfully and would care to share it?

Last update that I heard was that last night was an important/critical night for him. Hoping it went well. Keeping all in my thoughts.
