Going for my first CTCT and I've done the reverse route 4/5 times and I've had a headwind for the outward journey and then enjoyed the last 30km with the south easter behind me which was great because I was getting tired. Always ridden alone so I had no drafting at all. Should I be worried if I wake up on the day and it's blowing hard or is the course more or less the same both ways?

I think it costs about €400 to ship to SA. I had it sent to my parents house in London and then shipped it for about £260!

Exactly right, it's far easier to smoke 'one more' than to fight that mental battle.I'm on day 4 and I've gotta say I feel good but it's bloody difficult. Can't wait until that weekend ride because my sinus is clear for the first time in years.
