Howzit Guys, Keen on following this thread a little closer. Did my first trail run at Giba this past Wednesday! Just shy of 10km's - had a blast and enjoyed it! Two days after centre arches under my feet still so very sore, why? Ran in Salomon's - so probably right shoes... Never get this sore from running on the road which I do probably twice a week. Thanks Guys!

Why would you want to repaint your frame if I may ask? Is it just that its an old frame that you wanting to restore or is it to have something custom?

Shoo - im 182 and on a large.. Couldn't get comfy on the medium at all - felt too big on it! Guess its also down to how long your legs are compared to that of your upper body too..

Just to confirm - cause im sure I looked at similar websites, can anyone else confirm? Is it definitely the XX1 GXP 156 q factor crank for the 2012 scott scape pro hardtail?

On Scott's website looking back at 2012 model it has down the crank as the Sram 2x10 gxp etc etc. Then when downloading the manual for the 2012 model on Scotts site - mentions bb30

Then also BB30 or GXP cause different sites say differently.

Hi Guys, Buying a XX1 crankset for a Scott Scale Pro 29er - size small and wanted to check which q factor is right for the bike? Anybody know? Scott's website doesn't have it. Haven't got the bike yet to know and want to order crankset right away. Thanks in advance

Was against shaving of the legs for a long time until I decided to give it a go after having roasties itch like crazy and just be an added irritation with the leg hairs. Don't look back though - looks good, feels good, and isn't such a mission when you come off and need to clean easily.

Help me understand a little better Rouxtjie - is it still fraud whereby the original owner hands you the original purchase receipts and says warranty is yours as such? Cause I have noticed that in the classifieds as well. Take it it is fraud as the lbs must have your personal details down, so even in the case of having original purchase documents the warranty falls away?

Wow - what a bike! Here I was thinking Vipa was bought for the ride - a lot like the Pyga. Builders producing this for the weight watchers proves otherwise. Amazing looking.
