I use aluminium ones that I can bend to keep the bottles in place... not the coolest but the most practicle I've found.

Mataz - try Jappie at Union Cycles in Brackenfell - I know he used to spray frames, and i think he is a panel beater / spray painter by trade. He sprayed my dad's bike a few years ago, and did a decent job. I'm not sure what his number is - but give him a try.

That's what I did Trubie - I spent my money on a good road bike, and come IronMan season I slap on a pair of TT bars (and alter my position slighty), and on race day I put on my aero wheels. I didn't find it feasible to buy a TT bike for a few races a year... combined with maintaining 3 bikes (TT, Rd bike and a mtb) things could just get out of hand.

Well their service is pretty darn good, and their prices are top notch... a bit of spam can't ruine that? I get junkmail in my post box, but that doesn't stop me from buying at PnP, or whoever... just a thought...

I've tried many many drinks as well... Agree with udxcob - 32GI is the best I've tried so far, so sugar rush, and no sugar low's either... In saying that - nothing can replace a decent training schedule... no matter what you decide to drink!

caad4 - i like my jerseys on the tight side, the medium fit i got from China fits nice and snug. I assume most guys would like their tops a bit "loose", in that case go a size bigger then. It all depends on your preference.

Of course the world revolves around Cape Town... that's why the whole of Gp comes here in Dec/Jan

I would also advise guys to maybe go one size up on the shorts - i take a medium usually, and the med's I got from China are a little tight around the legs (where the elastic is).

It's good to hear about good service... I was a bit disappointed in them 2 weeks back thou - I wanted to know if I could fit a BB30 to my CAAD9, and they couldn't help - which was suprising, considering they are the agents for cannondale So i just emailed cannondale directly (from the link on their site) and got a reply within 20 minutes. That impressed me! cannondale for life!

Well, look... the quality isn't anything near assos / castelli or any other famous brands, but it's a lot better than most of the clothing available to us (the reasonably priced stuff that is). For the price - including customs (f%^kers) and vat, it's a reasonable deal imo.

I really like these guys a lot - I couldn't get Time cleats anywhere in Cpt, and Hennie got the agents to make a plan and get me pair. I had to wait a while, but yesterday I got my new cleats. AWESOME, they really go out of their way to make a plan. And their prices are goooooooooooood. Well Done!!! & Ditto - who cares about a bit of spam!

Customs & Vat in total cost me R400... in a $89.98 order... not bad me think. Quality is rather nice as well... The guy at customs seems to know about us - he even asked if I also order from CRC

From being in the import industry a few years back, i don't think it will be that excessive. Say $49.99 @ R8 to the USD = R400 postage @ $5 = 40 45% Customs & Duties = 180 Vat @ 14% = 56 TOTAL R676 (The price of a CapeStorm bibshort) You only pay customs and VAT on the value of the goods, which excludes the postage costs. Will let you know for sure, when i receive my bill...

Can't you just email them and ask them to unsubscribe you???

oi Just phoned the PO - got a local tracking number and it says it has passed through customs... But now Cape Mail says it awaits my invoice as well
