Kalahari Vegmot Posted December 9, 2016 Share Well . . . had a late night one last night. (see time stamp on post above)Shortening brake-lines, bleeding brakes, ext. Still need to get the handle bar height sorted. Get it lower. (Seems if I was a bit conservative with steering tube cutting) BUT ready for the weekend . . . here she is!! (some quick pics the morning) I know it's not a road bike, but shurely the 2cm spacer rule should still apply...

NotSoBigBen Posted December 13, 2016 Share As per my post in the MonsterCross thread the frame swap over is complete ..... so this is now the single speed in my quiver! The fork looks way better with a proper MTB tyre than the skinny half road tyre ???? Hairy, IH8MUD, Eddy Gordo and 6 others
NotSoBigBen Posted December 14, 2016 Share Just as an aside ... When I put that new tyre on the front I was standing by it getting my phone out to take a quick pic when the tyre exploded off the rim - thought I had been shot, was looking for an entry and exit wound Luckily the previous time I've had that happen it destroyed the tyre (the bead got damaged) and I had to throw it away, this time the tyre was fine - did it with some care the next time Hairy
