What do you do? Have you got access to CNC machines?

I Had the frame and stem anodised and the crank and chain ring powder coated. Managed to find the magic gear with my half link chain, so for now the tensioner is in my toolbox. Bars were trimmed and Bob, my mate from my former CAAD2 MTB frame has come along for the ride.

 

Looks awesome!

If you dont mind my asking, where and how much did you get the annodizing and powder coating done?

CAAD4, what ratio you running? I want to try and make do without a tensioner.

 

It's a Truvativ Stylo 9 speed crank, so 44/18. The rear comes from a butchered cassette.

Thanks to CWC's clearance sale on aluminium Marcello frames another S /speed bike was born.
