That looks like a BMC. Not sure if its a real one though, there are fakes to be had on eBay.

AX Lightness Vial. 4.9 kg according to manufacturer with mostly AX components except Red deraileurs, shifters, cassette and chain. AX hoops, 3T fork and FSA headset. Frame alone is a claimed 710g.The 42 mm deep sections weigh in at 950 a pair without tubbies and cassette.

Nice steed. Are the bike accidents in UAE common? I read some reports of it being a norm in Saudi Arabia.
