I managed to lose all of my desktop icons a while back. I had this strange feeling that something wasn't right, but it took me a while before I realised what was actually missing.

I was trying to figure this out the other day! To the layperson is the bicep femoris the quad? I know gastrocnemius is the main calf muscle and we all know the glute, so which muscle(s) comprise the hamstring?

 

I figure understanding this better would allow one to do some strength specific training in the off season and / or tell you something about your technique if you always have issues or cramping in one area...

 

On a single speed there is a big red mark for a full 360.

That muscle is the "rectum sphinctorus"

 

EDIT: Cramping IS NOT pleasant!
