TNT1 Posted June 10, 2011 Share And...? The bread looks mighty fine. Mate of mine bakes one with 'tatos, beer and other stuffs. Not the most healthy triple starch delight but mighty tasty. Well, I actually let the dough rest in the fridge for nearly a week. It was without doubt the best bread I have eaten. I took some pics, will sling em up later. Gonna make a new batch this weekend. It's awesome, cause you can bake it straight away, or let it sit up for up to 7 days, and the longer it sits, the more it develops a sourdough style texture and flavour. And when you post your dough pics, post the spec sheet as well please. I am sick of buying 'price fixed', dyed and soggy crumbs.I wish to cut the price fix craporations out of my diet.
