Ok Brandon let's suffer on the 65km together. I'll tail you and rig a winch to your saddle to tow me up the climbs.

Yeah good one brother!! We gonna have a great day out in the saddle!

Weather looking fantastic - my wife and I definitely going through. Still undecided on the 45 or 65. If the 65 ascent numbers are correct on Facebook, I'm doing the 45. My wife says she's doing the 65 - "ons is mos nou hier!". :cursing:

Your wife has the true suffer spirit! Follow her lead

Flymango, the only big climb is Koringberg and you conquered that one before.... So I say go for the 65

Good preparation for the Cederberg Xperience

Ceder what ...? Was that Staalwater you said? More like some base for W2W.

I want to be back home in time for the rugby ... . Or at least still have the Racetec guys there when I roll over the finish line. More than twice in the recent past they've packed up by the time I got in.

Are you the only one to join PPA this year or have you been taking some juice we don't know about.

Haha! Its my first and only race I'll ever win, to PPA office fetching a board

Elevation for the 45km? I've done over 100 000m of climbing this year so my legs are feeling it.

65km looks brutal - still undecided on which distance to do.

so this will be like crossing an intersection for you! ;)

Any clarity on the elevation yet? If I am not mistaken this use to be a 70km few years back starting at that winery on the hill?

Its the same race but different venue, Orc de Rac or something, must still figure out where that is. And back when it was still the 70km, they went over Koringberg twice, now I'm not sure how the route goes
