maddog Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Hi, just to add my little input, not sure if this will help.This is my feedback from the DC past.I had 3 bottles of 32GI and 3 bottles of water, 2 Pure Protein bars, 1 32GI chews after the 160km and finished the last 20km with a redbull. oh and 3 bananas. That was it. No food as i was too full. All i can say is that everybody wanted to know what i was using. Maybe this will give some people an idea of what this stuff can do.

Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 My DC was similar, big rolled oats breakfast, then 3.5 bottles of 32GI and a bit of water during the ride, a bar every hour and a small bottle of FiT Carbo Supreme for the last hour. No cramps whatsoever despite riding for an hour above my lactate threshold. Still felt good for another 100k's after the ride.

g-rex Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 Another convert here. I used 32GI for the first time in last weekend's Burger. I carried two bottles full and finished the first by half way and had a little left in the second at the end. Usually on 100km rides I have a high carb drink, some electrlytic drink (Nuun) and a couple of gels and usually I feel my energy levels dropping over the ride. Sunday was completely different - I had good energy all the way through and wasn't out of energy at the end - tired legs yes, but I still had energy. This is great news for me as I have been trying different things over the years and never found something that works so well. I will definitely be using 32GI from now on including Ironman next year. This is seriously good stuff - if you haven't tried it yet, give it a go! :thumbup:
