Or maybe we can ask one of the hubbers who lives in Germiston to go down there and collect water samples and drink it. If they stop posting on the hub in a few days time we should have our answer........... :D Why is the JHB Triathlon so expensive??? Do they need to take out insurance if the people die because of the water quality? Don't think this event is too expensive, willing to pay up to R400.00 for an Olympic distance event. Anything more than that becomes crazy! The swimming adds the real dimension to these races (although I swim like a brick) Will be seriously pissed off if they do that again this year...they will never get my support again if that happens..And I think the organizers must know they are taking a big risk because of what happened last year. Willing to take the chance this year because there is only 3 Olympic distance events left this year that I know off in Gauteng and surrounding areas.
