Great hotels, and wild life Groenkloof/Fountains: Easy access if the Gautrain actually works by then, lots of accomodation, great venue, lots of wild life. Oudsthoorn-Herold-Knysna: There is the cave, hel, ostriches, wine farms and a brewery and hops farm in Herold. (also you have the montague pass to George, Wilderness and Knysna) Sabie: Lots of up and down, and no wild life, but lots of trees.

EigerSA Posted September 7, 2011 Author Posted September 7, 2011 the route has to be spectator friendly, no start and finish in two different places, remember with any luck a number of international visitors will hopefully be here so they may not have a car to run around in and they wont know the area. Would be cool to be a lap type race, or a "clover-leaf" type deal so at least spectators get to enjoy the day as well. also please have it where there's good camping grounds, some of us are on a budget and wouldn't be able to pay for hotels at sun city and such.
