If I were in your enviable position, I would consider the following: Do I have enough saddle to bar drop - that would influence my decision on risers or flat bars. I would look @ width because its a 29'er I would want to match/compliment the brand of my seatpost and stem. That said, I would choose Enve. Very useful to offer different hand positions in stage races, even on a 29er!
