There is a better field at this weekend's Warm Water Weekend in Langebaan!

I'm racing (read standing on the start line with) Raynard Tissink, James Cunnama, The Caveman and Dan Hugo!!

Once again Lieto has started to push the pace - he's now 10 seconds up on Armstrong, who is 10 meters ahead of Galindez. What a bike show!

Galindez has finally cracked - he's now 30 seconds behind Lance Armstrong, who continues to ride strongly close to Chris Lieto. The two are about 1:30 behind Billard, we're told. (We have also heard that the gap might be bigger than that - we'll try to confirm it shortly.)

@IronmanLIVEgreg says: Man, Billard is tough, how much will he have saved for the run! I can just imagine the excitement for these guys! run to be very interesting

Lieto and Armstrong continue to catch Billard - now the question will be who will enter T2 first. That could be an interesting bragging right for either of them!

Lance Armstrong has passed the Frenchman (I couldn't help it, sorry!) and is now in second. He seems to be able to close the gap on Lieto effortlessly. He rides like ... Lance Armstrong.
