Yeah...according to that chick website thingy, you only need to worry about your bottles if you start growing boobs...(high oestrogen etc)...then again, after 9 yrs...how have you not if you're still using the same ones?

I dont know these things cost like R25bucks if you want one that doesnt spoil try one of the R300 camelback jobbies.

 

Even those get poked after awhile...husband was given one from a mate...and it started looking *** eventually, but they do last slightly longer than the cheaper ones.
