It's because the average shop has to go through the registered distributor whereas CWC imports direct through their contacts i.e. no middle man.

Didnt make it there so they sent it free of charge. Some guys just know what good service should be. Thank you CWC

Azonic Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Fine by me. How often do you REALLY take stuff back to a shop that needs to be sent back to the importers? Almost never? And when that time comes, if it ever does, I'm sure CWC will do their utmost to sort you out.
canfan Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 I try and support my LBS as much as I can, but sometimes the prices are just so much better at CWC that it doesnt make sense to buy it else where. I ordered some stuff yesterday afternoon at about 2pm. Just got in now. Pretty good service.

Online all the Way........... LBS just rip off locals espicial in JHB.... Keep up good work CWC.... just my 2cents
