I think as kids we all must've done something this adventurous or to some stupid. If there was a crash as kids we would just pick ourselves up, dust us off & do it again. Must be why I always still need that adrenalin rush these days. I just do it on the mountain now descending at hellish speeds or in the fun ride world champs going down hospital bend playing chicken by seeing how long I can hold out by not braking before crashing into the rider in front of me (P.s. there was no crashes in front or behind me) on Sunday.
