However, Boonen was not in the stellar form he is now.Sagan was still riding his BMX :-) The defending champ Saxo's Nuyens is out with injury after crashing in Paris-Nice.Pity.

'Dale Posted March 30, 2012 Author Posted March 30, 2012 (edited) I still feel it will be cancellara vs Boonen but this new course and the weather 27.5 spoke of could make for interesting racing.Can't wait ! The climbs at the end on this new parcourse can rule out the roleurs like Cancellara and Boonen. Look out for puncheur type rider - Gilbert, Chavanel, Freire... Although Gilbert is off-colour. Those serious of climbs from km 180 onwards will reveal the race.Me think everyone's gonna sit in until then. Of course, there'll be a breakaway for the 'kansvatters' who will take the 1/10 chance for success and some media exposure for their team.
