** But I have received the automated confirmation mail for the order, so theres no reason why the confirmation or acceptence of payment etc houldnt come through.

 

 

The reason I am asking some servers will do a reverse lookup and if that times out will reject any incoming messages, so its basically a case of doing a reverse lookup to their mail exchanger

 

so do a lookup of the MX record for CWC, then run the command below against that IP. That should tell you if you resolve forwards and in reverse. But its most likely a case that they are still processing the weekends orders and you will get notified once its entered into the system for dispatch.

dig -x 111.222.333.444 +short

Only excellent experience with them guys at CWC, order frid your stuff gets delivered monday pronto, best is just go log onto your user details on their web and check your order dude.

Maybe u just having an off day dont blow a rim

Like other guys here, I've had great service from both BC and CWC - will definitely use both of them again.

Sounds like a glitch, I'd chase them by phone.

We all have our preference at the end of the day, I vote them cause I never had any issues with them. Hopefully your order is sorted by now

i only have good things to say about buycycle. good customer service.

had to split my postage up due to a supplier not having stock, but got full correspondence and fast delivery.

 

have yet to use cwc

On Saturday I placed an order with both CWC and BC, and made the payments.

This morning I received a mail from BC confirming my payment, and moments ago I got a mail saying the items have been shipped :thumbup: :clap:

 

As per my previous experiences with CWC I have yet to receive any kind of correspondence at all, and this truly pisses me off. :thumbdown: I suggest they stop trading on the name, and get their sh#t together.

 

Richard, we can see that you've placed an order, but selected to do a EFT (transfer) we've yet received no proof of payment , no payment for that amount or in your name is reflecting in our account

 

Unfortunately we can't send goods without payment.
