Turns out its a New Zealander that missed the cut off on Wednesday (Not that being from New Zealand has anything to do with it). He was so hacked off that he just chucked the bike as hard as he could.

He seemed alright at first (when his number was taken), and then when he realized that was it, he directed his emotions to that poor bike and gate.

Unless that was just editing to make things seem dramatic.
