Hang on ... he hit the left of the tree (from what I can see) then bounced all the way around it to go into the left of your car? Impressive. But those skid marks seem to indicate a lekker bolamakisie.

there are two marks on that tree one to the left and one to the right. My guess he contributed to the right hand side markings. Looks like that tree takes a fair amount of abuse, which begs the question, are you on the bottom of a steep hill by any chance - and does your female neighbour on the opposite side tan topless regularly?

I live on blind corner, I've already had a drunk youngster take out the lamp post in front of my house and a guy took out my neighbour's wall. We've asked the municipality for speed bumps, but they refused.

 

No my neighbour doesn't tan topless and I wouldn't want her to either. Their garden is so overgrown, nobody could see her anyway.

What i can't figure out is it looks like he saw the car tried to cut left next to the wall to pass through the gap, how the hell did he end up hitting the car on the right hand side of the tree?

Ja............the Germans feel nothing for nudity. My wife's family are German and I've seen some weird things on our few visits there.

 

I don't want a steel barrier, I like to park my car there when I know I have to go out again.
