Slow & unfit - Benoni

I also am unfit, just got back to riding after spine damage.

I also live in benoni area, would like to ride sometime if anyone does not mind "slow".

Cyclelab ride from the BP on Cecilia Nestadt (?) Sat and Sun 6:30 or so, so I've been told (best to give them a call to find out?)
