It looked like the Schlecks had the ideal set-up this year with a very strong team and a very experienced DS who have won the tdf many times. Time will tell, but perhaps getting awarded a tdf win will not be a good thing for A Schleck's career.

Sparticus should do us all a favour and join another team in 2013

He's too busy having a threeway with the schleck sisters.

on ya Cuddles.... Nice work.

Did enjoy Wiggo's little toy throwing interview afterwards though when reporters went for the 'you're peaking too early' angle.

When asked by reporters if he was worried he had found top form too early with the Tour de France still four weeks away, the 32-year-old Wiggins said: “I can never win whatever I do.

“If I didn’t take the jersey or perform here then I’m the biggest piece of rubbish out there but if I win here I’ve peaked too soon.”

That has to one of the funniest cycling things I've ever seen. Looked at it about 3 times and loving to the determination on Cav's face.

You know he wanted the win... competitive little fecker.

100% posting gold.

Something quirky during the HTC days:

I love these two pics below... Cuddles, almost in tears again ;)

Wiggo, looks like he's asking the trophy girl..."what did you say ??!!"...

I wouldnt mind either of them winning. I'd say Cadel is perhaps peaking at the more Ideal time but this might make wiggo more hungrey to win.. He does seem in good form.

At least he wants to win.

Im not even going to mention the sisters..

That not what I see in Wiggo's face ....it's seems more like...."Yeah baby, I also cannot get over how awesome I am"

Well, Andy Schleck would've asked her where she got her perfume

im rooting for Cadel all the way through July.... I like his positive racing style. You have to make it happen, knowone is going to do it for you... same like how he chased Andy that day in the mountains last year when AS made that suicidal attack. Ironically, Cadel used to be famous for his "following" and "sit and wait tactics"...

Andy gets dropped very year at the Tour de Suisse and every year he drops everybody at the TDF on the big climbs....nothing new, it's always been like this with him....I also seem to remind everybody of this every year... . :D

He will have a go on one of the stages to test he's legs and that is that...same old boring prep. The Dauphine is also 2 weeks earlier than the TDS so he will be even more useless now.

I am starting to like Wiggens because he goes out and tries to win most of the stage races he takes part in.

Would like to see him or Cadel win here and go on to win the tour.

The Perfect tour this year will be for Andy, Gesink and Nibali to go balls to the wall in the mountains to try and make up time and Wiggens and Cadel to stick close and give it a go in the TT!!

If all 5 off those guys arrive in perfect shape and stay on their bikes ( Wiggens and Gesink) then we will have the perfect tour!

Nice to have 2 hour a day of the Dauphine!!!

I do not believe that Andy is capable of playing a bluff. I don't believe he is that smart and certainly isn't that good a racer.

He is, or is supposed to be, a professional racer, problem is I have yet to see anything approaching professional attitudes or behaviors from him.

If you are a professional, at anything, you go to work and do your job. You don't toss it because you don't like the fact that it's raining, or you don't like the new boss, or whatever. You shut your mouth and do your job.

What I see in Andy is a spoilt little brat who thinks that he is entitled to whatever he wants, whether he earns it or not. If he wants something, then he has to learn how to compete and race and try to get a result on his own, not by following whoever is in front of him, and being "oh so happy" with second.
