What Awesome service,

 

(Had a problem with E500, not receiving signal from speed/cadence sensor, after battery having been replaced already, Though at best Garmin would replace the sensor unit, they replaced the entire unit, no questions asked)

 

Just want to say thank you to Michelle and Justin (tech services), other vendors can learn a thing or 2 from GarminSA. Just Reaffirms my decision to go Garmin compared to other units available.

Hello, can you PM me as well please? Also having hassles with my Garmin which is only two months old. How long did it take to be sorted out?

Awesme did the light still function on the sensor ? I replaced the battery on mine and the light went off when taking the magnet past it but the edge did not pick it up. Maybe I could have gotten a new unit as well

I crashed my Garmin and broke the screen sometime last year, rode with it because it was still visible and okay, but then I crashed again and it just wasn't happening.

 

took it to Garmin on a monday, (just the head unit) and by the next monday they had one, apparently there weren't any in the country, but still, only 1 week, no questions asked, new edge bundle.
