Not sure who to believe. Shops indicate that they get stock next week. Pat and Hilton from Pyga indicated to me that they only expect the next shipment in September/ October.

Who do you believe?

Perhaps the stock PYGA currently have is going out against shop orders in the next week... and PYGAs own stock is then getting replenished in Sept/ Oct?...

I had similar issue when I got mine, so I scanned the website and called all the shops, ended up getting mine from another province.

They're getting in stock next week. Have a look on their website for a list of shops that stock them.

Thanks, have emailed various bike shops in Durban and Gauteng, but haven't had any feedback yet from them. Trying to get this sorted by mid July.

I am Afrikaans, but sure I understood when Pat and Hilton said. "The previous batch of 260 frames all went to dealers, you will need to phone dealers. Try ..., ... and ..." When I asked what if I don't get from a dealer? "The next shipment is due Sep/Oct, but we have huge lead times!"

3 weeks ago, shops told me "we get stock next week" Sweet blue nothing!

2 weeks ago, other shops told me "we get stock next week" Sweet blue nothing!

Now shops say next week - BULL

If you get hold of a frame, grab and run!

With all the Pyga experts in this forum. What is the true meaning/origin/reason/whatever for the word PYGA?

Why is the brand of the bike PYGA?

It actually means, our friend Patrick,

Have a look on their site, they have some articles posted there, there is one dated approx April 2012, you will regains it as the one where the Red Pyga mobile is on, he mentions it in the article. It was a article that discusses the launch of the Pyga brand.

What stem lengths are other 110 Pyga riders using? I'm riding more aggressive AM / Enduro style trails (previously I was riding more XC style trials) so am going to increase my fork travel to 140mm and was thinking of reducing my stem from 80mm to 45mm - 50mm ish and was wondering what others are generally running an how the bike handles with the 140mm and quicker steering.
