I have a spare tube, levers, bomb all taped together with insulation tape. It makes a nice little bundle which sits in my middle pocket on my back. I keep a small multi tool separate in another pocket because I use it more regularly.

Had to let a bit of air out the front, as the recommended pressures on the RCT3 as suggest for a 100kg rider were way too high for me... So got the guys at T&T to set it to a 70-80kg person and it felt much better.... Any advice on setting an RCT would be appreciated!

Tom

Same with me. At the recommended pressure i had almost no sag, so i thought i had a bad setup. I kept the pressure at recommended value and the ride is still fine for me, when i hit a bump it takes the knock as expected for the ful sus.

ok, know i got the Monarch and RockShox books somewhere,

but in the mean time, does anyone have it more handy, I'm looking for the suggested pressures for RCT3 solo air and Monarch (rear) for 70kg?

as per SRAM

convert weight to lb, for each lb use a psi

so 154 lb = 154 psi

And then check that this creates between 15 and 25% sag, if less sag is needed, reduce pressure.

Frame is 18k.

You're looking at 40-50k all in, depending how you go about it.

At least that's what I'm budgeting.

Ok - I finally "get" Pyga.

Awesome looking bikes - def considering one for my next bike

Questions: - Do you need to build them up, or can you buy complete builds?

- What price am I looking at for the ONEFORTY650 Pascoe?

Yup, XT spec is a min R40 k, the extras hurt after that. With the seat post dropper mine was R45k (April this year).

Ok, had a quick chat with Cliff

They want 30% sag, which in other words require a lower pressure

The calving in the monarch shocks they supply seems to be specific for them
