It could be useful to know how much the average community member spends on purchases here.

I have purchased a road bike for 19K, some flatbar shifters and various other bits of clothing etc for a total a little over 20K myself. What have your shopping habits here been like??

I just sold my previous bike using the classifieds. Never have the cash when I see something I like.

I can't really remember all of the items over the years.... There have been a couple of frames, a wheelset or two. Bits and pieces like derailleurs, shifters, bars, saddles, HRMs, helmets, tyres, shoes, pedals, forks, sunglasses.

Eish, I'm starting to think I underestimated in my vote now.

my rule is simple, when buying if i cant meet you face to face i dont deal ( except Pornstar , sold lots to him ) . works for me .

Value not very high (bought or sold) but quite a bit of stuff over the years, some face to face and some via EFT/postage ..... no issues!
