Take a blunt wheel spoke and push it between the grip and bar . then spray some q20 in the gap . twist and roll the grip and spoke around the bar and repeat , it will then come loose .

 

remove the grip and wash i sunlight soap to remove any q20 . wash the bar and refit with water or hairspray then let is stand for a day in the sun or just leave it for 24 hours. .

I'm a hairspray kinda guy too. A flat object and water gets them off again no hassles.

 

Never "throttled" since I started with the ESI's and the comfort is awesome.

 

Idiot alert - make sure you aim the thicker portion of the grip at your palm when installing....

Used Mr Muscle to fit mine on the Ragley bars. Took a bit of miscle to get them on but they set quickly and are perfect.
