Could actually make for some more exciting racing!!![/quote'] still its better to have the last stage on sunday..it gives you hope for the last day in the saddle and its the best place to finish the giro..I can see a lot a giro riders not even bothering to do the argus then

Some teams will now have ten riders (the title sponsor's team comes to mind... cough cough), and some of them will have fresh legs, which is a possible unfair advantage (especially because of the tough nature of the Giro route). But hey, life isn't fair, I guess. I heard a rumour that Barloworld won't be riding the Giro this year. I hope it's not true, but can anyone confirm??? The event is much more prestigious with Barlow here.

Austin Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 Same riders who started the Giro ride in invitational group in the Argus. If you didnt start the Giro, then you will not ride in initational group in Argus. So it will be fair, but with diferent dinamic.
