Silverback Alpine 1 - limits?

Nothing wrong with that bike in my opinion and the price seems reasonable.

Depending on where you ride and how you ride, you may want to change those tyres though...

My brother bought the same one a few weeks back. Awesome ride for an entry level bike. Good quality frame & components. This bike will most prob last quite a number of years. Tyres maybe changed for better grip if you find that you need it.

I agree with the replies above - the bike and frame can handle much more than the rider.

Thanks for the replies. Well, I just wanted to know if the frame itself is decent.

Don't want it to snap or something if I ride over a root, but I guess you

need to go very cheap before you get a frame like that.

FuelEX: Do you know what the width of those rims are? I think I will fit some

nobbly tyres to it.
