Danger Dassie Posted November 26, 2012 Share I saw someone spraying "Spray and Cook" on his bike and wheels prior to the race start. Did this prevent the clay from sticking? flyluis Posted November 26, 2012 Share i almost died. went over my handle bars twice front derailer didnt work, and never had so much mud on me before. if i wasnt doing the epic next year i would have skipped the race. really keen to try that route in the dry, thinking it would have been a completely different race then.
