scotty Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I know of no currently active top rider that has not denied doping, this makes them all liars. LA's case is perhaps special in that he's perceived not to be be a very nice person hence the mood to give it to him more.

Looks like he is a mini me version of LA in that he bullied others to dope. Nice character, why should he be believed now. Gaumont accused Millar of encouraging the team's doctor, Jean-Jacques Menuet, to give both him and another rider, Cedric Vasseur, a doping product.[n 6] Gaumont said: 'Vasseur and I went to Menuet's room and were injected with a clear liquid. If Menuet agreed to do so, it was because Millar asked him to. He is the leader of the team, and leaders have such power.'
