slowpoke Posted October 31, 2012 Share Oddly enough my seeding is not raaaaight at the back... CC despite not having done any recent seeding events with my chip that I can think of offhand! Not that it matters considering I'm riding with The Cows! I'll be the short little Cow on a white TCR with a basket on the front :-P (yeah yeah, I know, defacing my TCR for a day!) Andymann Posted October 31, 2012 Share It looks very interesting - how do you do these calculations?I've done 10 94.7's so I have quite a lot of data from my times vs. the winners time. I also love playing around in Excel, so I took all the data I had, and used the forecast app and managed to come up with that prediction. It's VERY theoretical though! All depends on the mood of the bunch, weather, things like that. I always base my perfomance on a seeding index, and I work towards that - its a great leveller! canfan Posted November 1, 2012 Share A5 is the MTB seeding ! Got no idea what it means !!"A" is for the "long distance" or First race. The 55km. 5 is your start group. So you are starting in group 5 of the 55km. Edited November 1, 2012 by canfan
