I normally ride with the BestMed guys, but in this race I will be riding in Ocean basket colours - Blue and White on a White Giant TCR. (and Zipps if the wind isn't howling!)

Not sure how the seading works. Last did 94.7 in 2010 and have not done any seeding races since. In N batch off at 7.27 so no complaints.

VE and well pleased with that. Did a 2:45 last year from the same group about 7 minutes behind the group winners.

 

Bit stronger this year and route a bit shorter so hope to do al least a 2:40
