The driver however, just drove on, didn't stop or own up for knocking the guy..... Arrest one BOX for driving like a C**T and gooi him/her in jail for 24hrs... Make it public, the rest will start towing the line. Notice how everyone slows down and suddenly discovers they have indicators when there a traffic police vehicle around......? welll Hello Mrs Mayor maybe that's telling you what you need to do.
