Minion Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 not quite sure how to calculate average IF for a time period in WKO+If you can get average NP, your can work out average IF by dividing NP by FTP (assuming you didn't change the FTP value entered in WKO+ during time period).

The calculation I suggested will be valid only if you haven't updated your FTP in WKO+ during that time period.
