Its what some Lazy Official WANTs you to do!yeah as soon as I posted that its rideable the SMS from organisers came through saying "Important safety ruling: ALL cyclists MUST walk the portage section of the R60. Teams that don't comply will be disqualified. Good luck with your ride!" I'm so happy for that now as those MTB's who thought they could ride it, must walk it now too LOL! & I will take down your number to report you, LOL! 'Dale Posted November 24, 2012 Share Phew!We could ride the MTB section.Our mixed team rolled in just over 7 hours in the storm if DC 2012.Our captain crashed after overlapping wheels at the 20 km mark. Collarbone eina! One other rider crashed after touching wheels and, fortunately, could get up to continue.One rider had to get off at km 160 as his HR couldn't go below 90%.
