Sour? Me? Do you think I give a teeny tiny rat's arse if some oke cheats in a fun ride? To paraphrase "you mis-underestimate me".

You on the other hand seem to have some personal issue with the rider involved here.

Like I said, formal complaint at CSA, or take it up with the rider personally.

question...do you think it is possible for someone to suddenly ride a 94.7 sub 3 if their results were as per below for previous years?

2010: 3:39

2011: 3:29

2012: 2:41

Yes and rather quite easily. I have a friend who rode just under a hour faster than last year.

If you out in the hard work you reap the reward. Pretty simple math.

Rather say well done to the person you questioning instead of making them out to be a cheat.

I agree, I would see that can be achieved in 6 months.

When I started training seriously for the first time years ago went to a coach after a 4 hour Argus.

Said I would like to achieve a 3:15 the next year. Their answer was easily.

Achieved a 3:06 the next year.

Training around 8-10 hours a week only including intervals.

Here one race where a few ladies (Momentum/Toyota team) preferred to race with the VA's than with the Elite woman

I'd say that was progress, not cheating

Lodge a formal appeal with CSA. Why come here whining? Jealous?

Don't cry now, just tell us the logic.

TNT seems like you the one with the issues... and if you are not interested in the subject, why comment?

Maybe you are sour.. who knows.. if I look at what you posted....

Plus, fully agree amoryns, have a valid point.. and also bear in mind, they have changed the results..
