a 24 hour at vangalen sounds tough!! but fun

24hrs of Oak Valley and it will be more of a ride than a "race" ... although there are one or two friends also riding and I would rather cut out loose a kidney with a butter knife whilst dancing on hot coals, than finish with fewer laps than them
