lol ok, would be quite helpfull for the new season as we all are doing base now

Load a few workouts, one 4 months old, other 3, and one more recent. See which gives points before you go through the effort of loading everything since Jan, and possibly not get points for them. Alternatively just load from today, going back?

Great concept, but this beta version is rubbish! Picks the workouts up off my 910xt up nicely, but then refuses to upload anything. An 'upload failed' hangs the entire system. I eventually resorted to trying to upload workouts 1 at a time, and even this fails most of the time

Discovery - please test your products in future before releasing them onto the market.

Dumb question - maybe somebody else ran into this. Have an existing account which they pick up - likely email addr match. I can't enter my username... so the validation says my mapmyfitness password is invalid?

Are you entering your regular discovery.co.za access details?

Yeah, I can sign on fine initially. You then register on this Livingvitality site, incl "activation" via email. During that process it picks up I have a Mapmyfitness account (which I do have, played around with it on the phone app temporarily). It requires you to gove you username and password for the site. I can enter my password (which I can use to sign on with in another session, so password is correct) but the place to enter my existing username is greyed out - you can't enter anything. So it comes up complaining about the credentials. But I did pop them an email as well, will see what gives.

Thanks for the thread - uploaded mine yesterday and will wait to see them add the points on. I only had a couple fo months worth of FITs still on my Garmin, rest were backed up as TCX which it seems can't be uploaded. Not that fussed really though, long as I can upload future ones and get the credit for those, I'm sure I'll hit the threshold quickly anyhow.

Okay, I've given up on their helpline. Sent me an email, I replied to say their suggested solution doesn't work and ask some more questions... they freakin' well send me EXACTLY the same reply back! cursing.gif

So I de-activated my mapmyfitness account. Now I can get into livingvitality. I can get to upload, I can see my workouts. upload status i failed whether I use multiple, one at a time, small ones, big ones...

What does it use as mapmyfitness account userid and password behind the scenes? Because I have nothing now, so it must have been created for me...? Tried my email and discovery password, no luck...

Okay, found it. Still failing to upload to livingvitality and it seems nothing feeds from there to mapmyfitness. But I can upload to mapmyfitness and this pulls back to livingvitality. So hopefully this means I'm sorted in a round-about way. So Yetifan, if yours still isn't working, maybe try this method.

once uploaded...

where can we actually see the individual rides, once processed by them, do we see the points earned by each ride?

so far, nice idea/concept, but as far as user friendly, some way to go still.

I just noticed that I get the Vitality points for uploading my Garmin Swim data which does not measure heart rate, this includes the 50 bonus. Has anybody tried uploading with an Edge 200 and received Vitality points?

I've only uploaded files generated on the Edge 500, but we don't use the HR straps.

We get 150 points for exercise and then another 50 because we exercised for more than 30 min I think, so basically 200 per session
