Start with filling in weight height etc.

Then go to upload activity plug in garmin and search devices, make sure you have the plug-in installed.....

 

If you using Android Device(well done) download the app from the play store

If you using an Iphone(get an Android Device) download from the monolopy store i mean iStore

If you using a Blackberry......... May the force be with you

How do you see all your acheivements/KOM's all in one place on Strava?

 

If you view your profile, there is a tab listing KOMs

 

it should about 3 or 4 pages of KOM's

i use my pc to update, ive imported my rides via bryton. they all there but what does this offer me more than my normal bryton analysis.

how do i load my data for various bikes? they all uploaded to my race bike. my training bike and mtb has 0km's

when you are finished uploading, you can choose which bike the ride was done on

Seems there was an accelerometer issue in the custom ROM I was running on my phone that gave me those cockeyed readings in post 118. It has now supposedly been fixed, so will try Strava again on my next ride.
