Unfortunate that data was lost, but that is about it. Only people affected

1.Hosting company / maintenance & service techies + company <--- legal liability here

2. Matt <--- embarrassment for him

3. Us? <-- we are the product, do we have rights, other than what lab rats have?

 

Yeah, it's as if life is lived vicariously through an internet forum. Overall an inconvieance at most really.
