Power sprinting day.

GOG, you must wake up from your snooze for the final 45 mins, hey, as the speed trains start to form.

I would like to see Gilbert take at least 1 stage. Is there a stage finish that might suit him? Something with a lot of drags in the last 3km or so?

He hasn't won since he turboed away on the Cauberg for that rainbow jersey.

It's also up to BMC leadership to 'release' him for racing and chasing wins.

I like what the organisers have done with the planning of the route. Anything can happen right up to the last day into Paris. I reckon stages 19 & especially 20 will still be able to cause a major shake-up. They will both be targeted for major time gains, 19 may be suited for an early break on the 2 HC blimbs ala Andy Schleck a couple of years back when he scored some time on Cadel from 70km out and 20 is nice and short for major attacks to happen and both these after a day of climbing Alp'dUez twice!!!

Week 3 is gonna rock beeeeeeg time!

I reckon that none of us will have an idea as to who might win the tour till that last week.

Also bear in mind, one can be as strong as an ox today and lose 5 minutes tomorrow.

I've been away for a few days, where can I find the overall standings as at the end of yesterday?

Looks like a Cavendish, Goss and Kittel finish preferably those 3 but not necessarily in that order.....need the points I do

Ja I reckon this is a stage for Goss to finally come out and play with the big 3... Not sure he can win but Daryl to give him a perfect leadout for a top 3... Greipel or Cav to take the stage.
