Wasn't at all impressed with Bike Migration - almost zero controls. They gave my mate's bike to the wrong person!

Yikes!

And more expensive than Focus on the finish line (using 2012 rates here so might have changed)

 Not cool!

Luckily he did get it back - someone had sent a driver to collect 2 bikes and they gave him the wrong one by mistake. My point is that they don't use receipts, ID etc and basically anyone can collect any bike.

Bit the bullet and entered 70.3, going to shoot for a solid 5:15 - 5:20 (probably a bit optimistic but you got to set the bar high) just using it for a warm up for the big guy in April

Age group podium?

I have been considering renting out my TT bike to those that want to aim for specific targets this may be appealing. Buying a TT bike for a very limited number of races can be extremely costly.

I have a Wilier Twin Blade TT bike with Full Sram Red and Disk rear wheel, in a medium size. Contact me and we can work something out that's mutually beneficial.

I understand you would need to train in this position for a certain duration so I'm open to ideas. This would be easiest to arrange for someone in Cape Town.

I don't race any Tri events so it would be available for both IM's and other short course races.

Age group podium?

No, am in the 35 - 39 age group, these boys are way too fast for me to podium. I am just trying to qualify for the Elite age group wave
