How much is a beer over there? Like a typical Heineken 330ml

In the bars you're paying 4-6 Euro for a pint. But in the supermarkets the beers work out pretty much the same as here.

1 Day. 2 Countries. 4 Bikeparks. Over 14000m vertical. 102km. Gave 2 Spaniards a tube. Tony had a swim in an Alpine stream. Nowhere else in the world can that be done. Thanks all. And in particular Tony (capediver) for an epic day.

It was amazing witnessing Rupert and Evan's riding. Those two are seriously incredible riders. And....... Evan rode Zougoulou Kata and Air Voltage on a.......... Giant Trance.

Not to be outdone 45 year old Karl Ebel did a backflip on the airbag in Chatel. How many 45 year old's do you know who can do a flip on a DH rig.

Hey man. It's not a bucket list trip. It's totally manageable for any level of rider and any cycling discipline.

Everyone crashed. You just have to find a soft spot to lie down. I crashed at the top of a grass bank on a wet day. slid for about 30m without my bike. Then i had to grovel up the bank. lunge for my bike and slide down the bank again. All whilst a woman and her 2 kids were laughing at me.

Everyone on the trip's riding went up a huge level. In particular Nico, Tony, Martin and Steve. Your riding will improve dramatically. Everything is so well built that you can push your own limits safe in the knowledge that you won't impale yourself on anything. I did the trip on my Intense Tracer and the only place I felt under gunned was Morgins.
