When the trip was over he put slicks on the trance and is doing a Euro pikey/squater tour. When he booked on the trip he indicated that he wanted to ride his bike from Geneva to Morzine and I scoffed at the idea. Knowing what I know now he could easily have done it. That Trance performed WELL beyond it's design brief. I'm sure Giant didn't have someone sending 35 foot gaps and Air Voltage in mind when they built the bike.
